One such example is the Rotary Club of Bellingen, who have worked to gain money for a scholarship grant for a worthy student who will be the recipient, studying subjects at Bellingen High School...Rotary began this Scholarship Fund with a bequest from a member Paul Cowley, who worked tirelessly with students in both the UK and in Australia to optimise their potential in many settings.  The Club then worked with the Shire Council  to utilize grant submissions, gaining extra funds through a voting process.
